Legacy Ridge is located just a few miles from Chelan towards Manson on HWY 150. Owners in Legacy Ridge enjoy the use of a community pool. Commanding views of Lake Chelan and the surrounding mountains. A few select lots in phase 2 are available for reservation. Final plat approval is expected by the first week of Nov. Access to Legacy Ridge, phase 2 is restricted due to construction. Site visits are not allowed until after 6:00 pm on weekdays. Park at road closed signs and walk through the plat.
