Rhett grew up visiting his grandpa Jim, aunts & uncles in Lake Chelan WA and quickly fell in love with the small lake town environment. With not much other than his tenacity, work ethic, and ‘never quit’ attitude, Rhett quickly rose through the Chelan Valley Real Estate ranks earning the coveted #1 spot by volume; a title he’s maintained for 13 years running. In his nearly two decades of representing Washington’s finest residents, developers, and investors, Rhett has sold over $700M in real estate, and it’s because of his unwavering commitment to serving his clients with honesty, integrity, and good old fashioned hard work.

Known for his depth of knowledge about the Chelan Valley real estate market, including the intricate complexities of Chelan’s short-term rental market, Rhett is often tapped by local and Western Washington Realtors for his advice on the market.  His marketing and sales strategies, his network of potential buyers & sellers, contacts, previous clients, along with his local reputation enable him to efficiently create the best possible deal for his clients, no matter the economy or market conditions.

A community advocate, Rhett believes in the importance of supporting local nonprofit organizations and youth sports programs. When he's not with his clients, you'll find Rhett coaching various youth sports around Chelan or spending time with his family and friends enjoying Chelan’s great outdoors. Rhett's most important role is husband and father; more than anything else, he loves spending time with his amazing wife Kendra and their three beautiful children, Elin, Rhett and Royal. They are excited to welcome baby #4 summer of 2025.
